Joyce's legacy

On Saturday 8 July the sun came out in the afternoon just in time for visitors to come in a see our Celebration of Local Gardening.

On the left is a legacy floral display from the garden of one of our late members, Joyce, who was always a keen competitive exhibitor at our shows. 
The photos give an indication of just what could be seen.

Winning children's entry

On the right is the winning entry to our children's competition.
Our special thanks to all who came along with entries for exhibition. We could not have done without you, and trust it may give others confidence to do the same in 2018.
We also thank all those who came along to see us. We had a great crowd, especially in the last hour or so.
